Tea Gift Ideas

Ever thought about giving tea as a gift? With its lovely packaging and its numerous health benefits you definitely should put it on the list! There are numerous tea gifts to choose from that even have the cups included! Some tea gift ideas include sampler packs, flowering teas, monthly subscriptions, and there are even courses you can join! If you have friends with a green thumb you could even gift a live plant!

Tea has many health benefits. .It contain polyphenols and antioxidants that help repair cells. In turn this helps fend off a host of diseases including cancer, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes mellitus.

Unlike coffee, some tea is even grown in the United States. There is an island plantation off the coast of South Carolina and another in Hawaii.

You have less chance of having a caffeine crash after drinking tea than you do with coffee. Due to the antioxidants in the tea, your body’s absorption rate is lower. This means that it will take longer to absorb the caffeine, and you won’t have the immediate up and down swings caused by the caffeine.

Tea makes an elegant, luxurious gift that any recipient would be glad to receive!

  5. This is the best idea that I have ever found on the best gift to have for my mum because she is having a programme soon and I think it would be good to gift her something small and since she is a very big fan of tea, she’d like it if I get her. Avoid set that has some top-notch packaging. I didn’t know that tea is also grown in the United States. That’s really good stuff.

  9. I’m surprised that with all the healthy benefits involved with it, I have never once considered tea as a gift. Maybe this is because my perspective of a gift is something that is averagely costly and long lasting but I think it’s a worthwhile idea. The aforementioned healthy benefits of tea alone should have been a good reason for me to consider it a worthy gift. Thank you for opening my eyes with this article. I also appreciate you giving additional information about the different blends of tea to be considered.
