  1. This is a timely post as I was considering to upgrade my normal television to Smart TV. This product does look quite good…I had a quick question: What kind of privacy settings it has? I mean there is always an inherent risk when we go all out with internet.
    Apart from this software updates…will it affect the speed of my TV or make it redundant in few months.

  2. I’m a big fan of the Roku, i’ve been using it for years. in fact when it first started using it, it was a box and not a plug in stick. My kids all now have the plug in sticks and they work great. I never had the issue with the batteries dying like you mentioned. In Canada we do not get all of the services on the roku you are listing, but I enjoy it for Netflix and Youtube. Cheers
