Add in your favorite omelette ingredients (such as chopped onions, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, or cheese), pour mixture into the Omelette Dish, and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute (depending on size of eggs and microwave power). Stoneware is well-known for its even-heating abilities and the center riser allows the egg to cook evenly all around. The result is a quick, yummy, fluffy omelette perfectly sized for a bagel, biscuit, or breakfast.
